Cancellation requests may be considered only before production, preparation, or fulfillment begins. Once production, preparation, or fulfillment has begun, custom and made-to-order orders generally cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded except where required by law or where an approved damage, defect, or fulfillment issue applies. WRYDECO does not accept returns or exchanges for customer-related reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selection, dimensions, finish, style choice, or fit. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a fulfillment error and is reported within 30 calendar days of delivery, it may be reviewed under the Return & Refund Policy.
