Each WRYDECO piece is prepared with care, intention, and respect for the natural character of solid wood. Because many of our products are handcrafted, oversized, made to order, or custom-built for a specific space, shipping timelines may vary by item, destination, and project details.

This policy explains how we process, prepare, ship, and support orders placed through our Shopify store.
Thank you for choosing WRYDECO. Our shipping process is designed around the realities of premium natural wood furniture: careful inspection, protective packaging, and delivery planning for items that may be heavy, sculptural, fragile, or customized.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. If your item is made to order or requires custom work, our team may contact you to confirm project details before production or fulfillment begins.

After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from WRYDECO.
For in-stock items, order processing usually takes 3–7 business days before shipment.
For handcrafted, made-to-order, or customized pieces, processing and production time may be longer. Estimated timelines will be shown on the product page, discussed during consultation, or confirmed by email after your order is placed.

Made-to-order and custom furniture may require additional time for material selection, artisan production, finishing, curing, quality inspection, custom packaging, and freight arrangement.

WRYDECO currently ships to selected regions and countries supported at checkout.
Available shipping destinations may depend on product size and weight, carrier availability, freight restrictions, delivery address type, and customs or import requirements.
If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order. We may be able to review shipping options manually.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on available shipping methods, product size, destination, and order details.
For oversized furniture, sculptural pieces, or custom commissions, shipping may require a custom freight quote. In these cases, we may contact you after your inquiry or order to confirm the final shipping cost before fulfillment.
Shipping fees, if charged, are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the shipping issue was caused by an error on our side.
Important for large furniture
Many WRYDECO pieces are larger, heavier, or more delicate than standard parcel items. These items may ship through freight carriers or specialty delivery services.
Unless otherwise stated, freight delivery may be limited to curbside or threshold delivery. Room-of-choice delivery, unpacking, assembly, or installation may not be included unless specifically confirmed in writing.
Please inspect the delivery area in advance and make sure the item can fit through doors, stairways, elevators, hallways, and final placement areas.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated. WRYDECO is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been handed over to the shipping provider, but we will do our best to support you if an issue occurs.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
For freight or specialty delivery, tracking updates may be limited compared with standard parcel shipping. In some cases, the carrier may contact you directly to arrange delivery.
If you do not receive tracking information after your order has been marked as fulfilled, please contact us.

Please make sure your shipping address, email, and phone number are correct before completing your order.
WRYDECO is not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, lost packages, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the order has entered fulfillment or production.

If a shipment is refused, undeliverable, or returned due to customer-related reasons, the customer may be responsible for original shipping cost, return shipping cost, carrier storage fees, redelivery fees, and handling or restocking fees where applicable.
Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation or refund after production has started. Please refer to our Return / Refund Policy for more details.
Damage claims
We take great care in packaging each piece, especially solid wood and sculptural furniture. However, damage during transit can occasionally occur.
Take clear photos of the packaging before opening, if damage is visible.
Take clear photos of the damaged product.
Keep all original packaging materials.
Contact WRYDECO within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
Do not discard the packaging until the issue has been reviewed. Carriers may require packaging evidence for damage claims.
WRYDECO will review the case and help determine the appropriate solution, which may include repair guidance, replacement parts, carrier claim support, replacement, or another reasonable resolution depending on the situation.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please first check around your delivery location, with household members, building staff, neighbors, carrier delivery notes, or your local carrier office if applicable.
If the package is still missing, contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will help review the issue with the carrier where possible.
WRYDECO is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery, but we will assist you in reviewing available options.

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, or other charges required by your destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Customs processing may also cause delivery delays. WRYDECO is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or import regulations. Please check your local import rules before placing an international order.

Some items may not be eligible for shipping to certain destinations due to size, weight, material restrictions, customs rules, or carrier limitations.
We may cancel and refund an order if we are unable to ship the item to your location. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible.

If a product is listed as a pre-order, backorder, or made-to-order item, the estimated shipping timeline will be different from standard in-stock items.
If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, we may ship them together or separately depending on availability and shipping method.
