Refund Policy

We want every WRYDECO piece to arrive as expected and to reflect the quality, material character, and craftsmanship described on our website. This Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, damaged items, and refunds are handled.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Eligible returned items must be

  • Unused and in the same condition received
  • With tags, if tags were included
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Start a Return

Please include your order number, proof of purchase, reason for return, and clear photos of the item and packaging if relevant.

Ship the item only after receiving instructions on how and where to send it.

Returns will need to be sent to the approved return address provided by WRYDECO. Items sent to the wrong address or sent without return approval may not be accepted.

Inspect on arrival

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Take clear photos of the item, packaging, label, and any visible damage.

Keep all original packaging materials until the issue has been reviewed.

Step 3

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details.

Important exceptions

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item before placing an order.

Custom products
Including special orders or personalized items.
Made-to-order pieces
If production has started or the item was made for you.
Sale items
Sale items are not eligible for return.
Gift cards
Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

For large furniture, custom pieces, or made-to-order products, exchange options may depend on the product type, condition, availability, and whether production has already started.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
