Eligibility & Lawful Use

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to make a purchase through our store. If you use the Services on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.

Product Information & Handmade Character

WRYDECO creates and offers handcrafted natural wood furniture, sculptural decor, made-to-order pieces, and custom work. We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, dimensions, finishes, and colors accurately. However, product photography, screen settings, lighting, and the handmade nature of our work may affect how a piece appears online.

Natural wood has inherent variation in grain, tone, knots, texture, movement, pattern, and organic form. Minor variations between product images and a finished piece are not defects. Unless stated otherwise, dimensions, weights, and production timelines are approximate.

Pricing & Availability

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the store and may change without notice. Prices may not include applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, delivery fees, or other charges unless expressly stated at checkout. We may modify, discontinue, limit, correct, or update products, prices, specifications, and availability at any time. If an error affects your order, we may contact you with corrected information and offer the option to proceed, modify, or cancel.

Orders, Acceptance & Payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until WRYDECO confirms acceptance or begins processing, production, fulfillment, or shipment. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for limited availability, payment authorization issues, suspected fraud, incomplete order information, pricing or listing errors, or legal compliance.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. You agree to provide complete and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and special-order pieces may require consultation, design approval, measurements, finish selection, production lead time, and other project-specific details. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all specifications before production begins.

Once production, preparation, or fulfillment has begun, custom and made-to-order orders cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded except where required by applicable law or for an approved damage, defect, or fulfillment issue. Production timelines are estimates unless expressly agreed in writing.

Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Shipping and delivery details are governed by our Shipping Policy. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and all information needed for delivery. Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, holidays, supply conditions, and events beyond our reasonable control. Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery and follow our Refund Policy if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Because WRYDECO products are handcrafted, high-value, and often made to order or customized, purchases are final sale unless applicable law requires otherwise. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, dimensions, finish or style preference, or because an item does not fit a customer’s space. Damaged, defective, or materially incorrect items may be reviewed under our Refund Policy.

Acceptable Use

You may use the Services for personal, lawful shopping purposes only. You must not misuse the Services, interfere with their operation or security, gain unauthorized access to systems or data, use bots or scrapers without permission, submit false or unlawful information, or violate any law or third-party right.

All WRYDECO content, including our name, logo, product names, photographs, videos, designs, text, artwork, graphics, and website layout, is owned by or licensed to WRYDECO. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit this content without our prior written permission.

Third-Party Services & Privacy

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information when you visit, browse, or make a purchase from WRYDECO, including to provide services based on your interactions with this store, other merchants, and Shopify. Information may be shared with Shopify and other service providers and may be processed in countries other than where you live. Shopify’s handling of personal information is described in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.

Our Services may also contain links to other third-party websites, payment providers, carriers, social platforms, apps, or services. We are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, security, terms, or actions. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies. Your use of WRYDECO is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services and website content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WRYDECO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. WRYDECO’s total liability for a claim related to a product or Service will not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to that claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WRYDECO and its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Services, violation of applicable law, or infringement of another person’s rights.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our business, products, services, practices, or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the Services after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
